Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Southwest Airlines Sales Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Examination Group to gather information from various sources, research and verify external data, and design and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather information from different sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex Data Sets

• Research and verify external data integrity
• Design and implement data-driven solutions, converting information into system-compatible formats
• Support Account Directors in meeting requests and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions or initiatives
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes into actionable plans for all levels of management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science)

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, D3.js)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
