The Job

As a Full Stack Data Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Studio Data Management team. You'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data quality initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and actionable. Your expertise will help us scale and formalize our data management processes, enabling us to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data quality initiatives to meet business needs, including data training and education programs

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and actionable
• Analyze and report on data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices across the studio
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality initiatives
• Develop and execute plans to improve data quality, including data cleansing, data validation, and data governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop data solutions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and data quality

Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience working in data management with datasets and/or happy administration frameworks

• Strong analytical skills and ability to combine data across a wide ecosystem to analyze issues and devise solutions
• Strong understanding of work process and ability to identify shortcomings
• General understanding of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content
• Knowledge of data lifecycle and data administration concepts
• Excellent time management and project management skills and ability to oversee timelines for multiple projects
• Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences
• Adaptable in an evolving climate
• Capability with Google Suite and table-based applications (e.g. Excel, Airtable)
• Added skills:

+ Experience with SQL + Experience working with product, engineering, and customer service teams + Experience in legal tasks or studio activities + Experience working at a studio, distributor, film sales, production company, office, management firm or other entertainment activity
