Key Responsibilities

As a REMOTE Live Chat specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our sales team to provide customers with information and support to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to the team to improve our services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
