Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely manner. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
  • Meet or exceed ERA (Email Response Accuracy) targets, with coaching and possible termination for ERA below 10%
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary customer engagement platform

Education & Skills Required

* Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles

  • High-speed internet access required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary customer engagement platform

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service 24/7. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of schedules, including:

  • Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
