What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Professional Data Entry Keyer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via the print catalog, and online; deciphering handwriting that can be hard to read
- Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verifying that the data is accurate before entry and reporting any errors to your supervisor
- Keeping accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for about three hours per day
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
