Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Remote Online Support Role

As a key member of our online support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from clients and their loved ones, providing empathetic and informative support

  • Conduct consultations and discussions to address client concerns and provide solutions
  • Utilize computer software to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop leadership skills through training and mentorship opportunities
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, management, and staff

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members

  • Exceptional customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
