Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
- Offering sales links and discounts to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred
