Job Summary

As a Home-Based Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat and email. You will engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their queries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* A device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions
  • A minimum availability of 20 hours per week
  • No prior experience is necessary; you will receive all the training needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
