Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our customer experience development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer experience development strategies
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned
  • Ensure client responsibilities are quantifiably measured and reported; and, that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where client retention is at risk
  • Drive the development and implementation of work strategies, best practices, and job guidelines according to design standards to ensure the safety of our employees and the public, promote compliance, increase efficiency, and achieve both service level and productivity goals
  • Drive the coordination of global cargo shipping capabilities (e.g., CargoWise) while standardizing framework design and use in accordance with global cycle, internal policies and procedures, and global regulatory requirements
  • Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on any other responsibilities and drives as allocated

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications (e.g., FedEx QDM Master) highly preferred
  • Proven experience in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping framework scene and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required
  • Agile, PMP, or similar certification highly preferred
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement drives for cross-functional tasks
  • Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities
  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience in developing and implementing global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
