Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, MSO, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensuring data entry is accurate and up-to-date
• Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during periods of high call volume
• Working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software programs
• Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required

Work Experience

We're looking for candidates with previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in a data entry or administrative role. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is highly desirable.

Preferred Education

A High School degree or equivalent is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education or relevant certifications to apply.

Travel / Physical Demands
