Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in driving success by accurately entering data and reviewing medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home after a 90-day introductory period. You will be part of a small team that is dedicated to excellence and is passionate about achieving a better way.

Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines

  • Work independently while being part of a dynamic team
  • Meet production and accuracy performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

* High School Diploma required, college preferred

  • Strong data entry/computer skills required
  • Desire to work in an office environment
  • Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC) a plus
  • Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Training for this role is paid and provided internally by arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding
  • Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry
