Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist - US Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our Supervisor, Customer Care, to identify and address customer needs, and collaborate with other functional areas to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the Supervisor, Customer Care.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and respond to customer requests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using a computer to perform operations, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.
  • Flexible work environment: ability to work remotely, but you must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of Van Buren, AR.
