Position:

Customer Service Representatives - Live Chat Support

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service through phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
  • Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
  • Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately maintaining call logs
  • Participating in other projects assigned by your supervisor
