Daily Activities
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members of unions
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote our benefits packages
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Quality control to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Leadership development to help you grow and advance in your career

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a background check to ensure your safety and security
- A high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
