Job Description:

As a Customer Check-out Attendant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to customers during their checkout process. Your primary objective will be to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

* Provide a warm and welcoming reception to customers as they enter and exit the establishment

  • Regulate financial exchanges with customers using cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient processing
  • Verify prices of products, scan them, receive payment, and provide correct change as a cashier
  • Hand over receipts of payment, refunds, admission tokens, and coin conversions with a smile
  • Resolve customer complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Scrutinize balance sheets for any discrepancies and report them to designated personnel

Qualifications:

* Established track record of providing excellent customer service as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role

  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic devices such as cash registers and point of sale systems
  • Good math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions
  • Excellent communication skills and time management expertise to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
