Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and drive business growth. This is a hybrid/remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and drive business growth
  • Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve business processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
