Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Chattanooga. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience in a similar industry or with similar products
