Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical professionals via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Data entry and management of customer information
  • Following established procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicating effectively with patients and medical professionals to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Obtaining necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
  • Working independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and other software applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and terminology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and management software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
