Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
