Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Data Entry + Translation Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, while also providing occasional translation support to facilitate communication with our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry + Translation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Data Entry (90-95%):
+ Collecting data from employees and other sources
+ Accurately inputting data into Excel spreadsheets
+ Uploading data to Oracle systems following established procedures
+ Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and minimize time wastage
* Translation (5-10%):
+ Assisting with English-to-Spanish translation of documents and communication materials
+ Ensuring accuracy and clarity in translated content to facilitate communication with our Mexico team
* Other responsibilities:
+ Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management
+ Participating in training sessions to enhance proficiency in industry-specific terminology and data entry best practices
+ Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Basic proficiency in Excel; familiarity with basic functions required, advanced functions not necessary
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong translation skills preferred
* Ability to adapt quickly to industry-specific terminology with provided training
* Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior experience is required
Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and translation software
