About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound and outbound email and live chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will work independently, using your problem-solving skills and technical proficiency to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat

  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to their problems
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work independently, using technical proficiency to resolve customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and resolution rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment
