Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and improving show commercials dimension technique throughout income lift, artificial manage group, ghost commercials, MMM, MTA, A/B testing, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

* Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or related field

• 6+ years of business experience in data science, dimension, advertising method & analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech or related fields
• Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge
• Experienced in building dimension solutions including income lift, ghost commercials, market mix, and multi-touch attribution models; Extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms
• Experience in product control, or related field
• Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priority & milestone.
• You have an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
• A collaborative attitude and experience of curiosity
• Sound business judgment, as well as the ability to think clearly, read quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, established ability to persuade others internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field

• Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, customer experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $160,000.00-$230,000.00, as well as performance-based incentive awards and other notable benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
