Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality customer service to our clients, while also handling data entry and administrative tasks. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system

  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Resolve all data entry-related issues with special cases
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
  • Resolve External Exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
  • Resolve phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the External Exceptions
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas
  • Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online)
  • Basic web search skills to include opening a program, writing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
