Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, product inquiries, and account management
  • Provide product information and specifications to customers
  • Process returns and refunds, and guide customers through the return process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and patience
  • Problem-solving abilities to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions
  • Technical proficiency in using various communication tools, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and communication tools
