Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining customer information, ensuring the integrity of our data records. You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to process customer orders, analyze billing data, and manage inventory data to optimize stock levels and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
* Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our databases
- Process customer orders with precision and efficiency to support our sales and service teams
- Analyze billing data and ensure accuracy in customer invoices and statements
- Manage inventory data to optimize stock levels and improve operational efficiency
- Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
