Required Capabilities:

+ 2+ years of experience in customer service, or equivalent experience in a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via telephone
• Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Consistently seeking guidance from management, escalating questions and referring more complex issues to Senior Customer Service Representatives
• Demonstrating empathy and compassion while assisting clients in resolving their issues
• Being available to assist clients on the telephone for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
• Exploring multiple computer systems to research client needs and propose solutions, while conveying information accurately and precisely

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success in this role. This will include:

• In-depth classroom training to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, policies, and services
• On-the-job training to learn about our systems and processes
• Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you develop your skills and knowledge
