Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, visit, and email. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners.

  • Use various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Effective completion of required training and certification programs.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
