Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Meet and Communicate with Customers: Provide relevant product and service information to customers, document complaints and questions, and process order requests.
- Qualify and Build Rapport with Potential New Customers: Quickly qualify and build rapport with potential new customers to establish open lines of communication and trust.
- Maintain a Positive and Empathetic Demeanor: Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain superior customer satisfaction levels.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Become an expert in our product and service knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep an accurate record of orders, escalation requests, comments, and complaints and file accordingly.

Requirements
