Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving success by providing high-quality data entry services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data processing, while also contributing to the development of new processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data entry needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in the US as a strong candidate without sponsorship now or later on
- Valid US government-issued ID and social security number
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
