Job Summary

We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our sales and support team, you'll be responsible for answering live chats, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. If you're a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answer live chats from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customer problems and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide support and guidance to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular feedback to the sales team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping container industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience in a remote work environment
