Job Summary
We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our sales and support team, you'll be responsible for answering live chats, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. If you're a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Answer live chats from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer problems and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Work closely with our sales team to provide support and guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the sales team
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular feedback to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
