Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound phone calls. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone calls, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Gather and verify customer information, entering data into our software platforms as needed
  • Answer questions about insurance policies, providing clear and concise explanations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in data entry and software applications, including our proprietary platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a focus on weekend hours (5 hours self-scheduled)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with high-volume call support, with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity

  • Familiarity with insurance industry products and services, including policy administration and claims processing
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks)

  • Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device
  • Willingness to install AWS on your computer
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
