Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with clients through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, resulting in 1-5 potential qualified callers
  • Multitasking, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and industry
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime

Requirements

* You must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey

  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure minimal interruptions
  • You'll need a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • You'll require high-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speeds
  • You'll need a reliable noise-cancellation headset with a wired USB connection (average price: $20-$30)
  • You'll have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • You'll have at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This Role is Not for You If...

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues or resolve minor IT problems

  • You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
  • You're unable to handle a high volume of calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups
  • You're unable to use problem-solving skills or think critically and creatively
  • You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
  • You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
