Position:

Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent - Customer Service Representative

Job Description

As a Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent decision-making skills, innovation, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. You will work in a fast-paced environment, addressing complex consumer issues and responding to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives

  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support for any requested policy changes
  • Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be located in South Carolina

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED required
  • Call Center experience preferred (6 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Availability to work various shifts
