Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Oracle CC&B Functional Lead with a strong background in customer care and billing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving success through your expertise in Oracle CC&B, testing, and automation. Your experience in the utilities industry, particularly in energy, gas, and services, will be invaluable in understanding our customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle CC&B Functional Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance and support on Oracle CC&B, including configuration, testing, and upgrades
• Developing and implementing effective testing strategies, including test design, execution, and defect management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with 3rd party applications
• Analyzing and resolving complex customer care and billing issues
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle CC&B and customer care

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 10 years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong focus on Oracle CC&B
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle CC&B, including modules such as billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections
• Experience in testing, including automation testing and STLC processes (test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting)
• Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B application, including 3rd party app integration
• Experience in the utilities industry, particularly in energy, gas, and services
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system
• Strong knowledge of STLC processes and test automation tools
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
