Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their needs and concerns. You'll be responsible for:

  • Documenting customer interactions and following up with customers as needed

  • Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Excellent Communication Skills:

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks:

You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and goals.

Strong Computer Skills:

You'll need to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Customer Service Experience:

While customer service experience is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to Work Independently:
