Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our team members. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in administrative roles and customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience as a sales support or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in phone systems and front desk operations
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
