Job Summary

We're currently hiring for Online Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a part-time employee, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic way
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and products
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
