Essential Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer support processes
  • Certification in customer support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
