Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager to lead the project management of high-priority projects across the RES division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the project management of high-priority projects, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion
• Creating and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards
• Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
• Driving the development of our company culture, ensuring alignment with our values and vision
• Fostering effective communication methodologies and implementing cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency
• Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams

• Exceptional organizing, coordination, and innovative problem-solving skills
• Proven experience and a demonstrated history of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
• Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
• Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
• Capability in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
• Ability to perform effectively in their current role

• Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not already employed by arenaflex
• Reliably focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal information

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles

• Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
