What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: You'll be responsible for identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
• Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions: You'll need to follow up on complicated customer interactions to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
• Recording Details of Customer Interactions: You'll be responsible for recording details of customer interactions, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely support.
• Developing Rapport with Customers: You'll need to develop rapport with customers, providing a positive and upbeat attitude that makes their experience exceptional.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: We're looking for individuals with at least 1 year of customer service-related experience.
• 1 Year of Call Center Experience: We're looking for individuals with at least 1 year of call center experience.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers: You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing, and other basic skills.
• Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: You'll need to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Live in One of the Following States: We're looking for individuals who live in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
