Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Eastern Range Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting complex issues with equipment, integrated systems, and software
- Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance to identify areas for improvement
- Installing, upgrading, and removing products, ensuring coordinated engineering field changes
- Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process
- Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components
- Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting
- Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
- Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices
- Assisting and training less experienced personnel
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Ability to work afterhours and weekends on a rotating basis
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)
- Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10
