Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your main priority will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, and delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room, taking orders from customers, and processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking and working under pressure to meet customer demands
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and meet deadlines
