Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our evening shift team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhering to arenaflex's core values and customer service standards

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts (11:30pm to 8am PT) in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare-related industry

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
