Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customers receive the support they need to restore their vehicles
- Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and resolve customer concerns
- Pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer experience and contribute to the success of our team
- Collaborating with our Project Advisors to provide customers with expert advice and guidance on selecting the right products for their projects
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer concerns
- Proficiency in using computers and learning new systems, with experience working in a call center environment (although not necessary)
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in the automotive industry, particularly in restoration and repair
- Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce platforms
- A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about our products and services
Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or in our office in Pottstown, PA. We offer a range of schedules to suit your needs, including Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST. You'll need to have access to a minimum speed connection internet and a distraction-free environment to work from home.
