Job Description

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers

Requirements
