Job Overview

As a Chat Agent for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating engaging online conversations with customers regarding automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries, including sales, service, financing, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealership clients positively, transforming online interactions into meaningful leads that drive revenue from website traffic. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, delivering accurate information about our products and services, scheduling appointments based on customer needs, and cultivating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Schedule appointments based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Capture customer contact details for effective lead generation, ensuring that our dealership clients receive high-quality leads that drive revenue
• Summarize customer interactions for analytical purposes and client review, providing valuable insights that inform our sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, though not mandatory

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is advantageous), with a strong typing speed and accuracy
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to change and enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
