Position Overview

We're seeking diligent and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Experienced Customer Support Specialists – TikTok Data Entry & Call Support. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to TikTok. You'll also be responsible for efficiently navigating internal databases to retrieve and update user information, assisting users with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation through the TikTok platform, and documenting and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to TikTok.

  • Efficiently navigate internal databases to retrieve and update user information.
  • Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation through the TikTok platform.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with TikTok users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok platform updates, features, and best practices to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or data entry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with basic software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
