Job Description
As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in assisting our team with data processing for 10dlc phone registration submissions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively collecting information for processing
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Clearly communicating submissions that cannot be processed and following escalation procedures
- Responding to submissions and basic inquiries
- Assisting with related tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in data entry (preferred)
- Previous inbound or outbound call center experience (preferred)
- Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available Shifts
The available shifts for this role are:
- 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
