Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Cashier, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for:
- General customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Maintaining a clean and organized working area, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
