Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives by collecting and analyzing data from various sources. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and at any time that suits your needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing

• Enter data into our database using Microsoft Excel or other data entry software
• Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support our research and development initiatives
• Collaborate with our research team to identify trends and patterns in the data
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in online focus groups and product testing to gather feedback and insights
• Use your webcam and smartphone to conduct studies and gather data
• Type a minimum of 25 words per minute and have strong data entry skills
• Follow directions and take feedback from our research team

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
• Strong data entry skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other data entry software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
